Usage Guidelines:

Attach the Zoo Med ReptiTherm U.T.H. to one side of the terrarium to establish a thermal gradient. It should span about half of the floor area and be sufficient to cover your reptile’s full length.

This heater performs optimally with a substrate layer thinner than 2 inches. For enclosures with deeper substrate, consider an overhead heat option like a halogen basking bulb or a ceramic heat emitter, based on your setup needs.
