Our Small CalciGrubs™ (Black Soldier Fly Larvae) are significantly smaller than our Medium CalciGrubs, making them an ideal primary food source for tiny reptiles, young hatchlings, amphibians, invertebrates, fish, and birds. They can be kept at room temperature or cooled to extend their shelf life. Using a wine cooler, a standard cooler, or placing them near an air vent is recommended. Avoid standard refrigerators as temperatures below 55°F may harm them.
