How to Prepare:
Combine one part powder with 2-2.5 parts water, stirring until fully mixed. Heat in a microwave until it begins to boil, then remove and mix again. Alternatively, boil water on the stove, take it off the heat, and blend in the powder. Allow the mixture to cool in the container, or transfer it immediately into a mold or storage container, letting it set at room temperature until solid. The prepared gel can be sliced into cubes, grated, or used as a single block.
Any unused portion should be handled like perishable food. Store it in a vented container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks to maintain freshness.
Avoid using more than three parts water to prevent excessive moisture buildup, especially in culture cups.
Keeping it refrigerated will prolong its shelf life.
