In the wild, very few aquarium fish species prey on other fish. While many commercial fish foods rely heavily on fish meal due to its affordability and availability, there are more nutritious and sustainable options for feeding your aquatic pets.

Repashy Igapo' Explorer is formulated with a diverse blend of ingredients drawn from the ecosystems of Amazonian freshwater swamps. This includes a mix of invertebrates, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, greens, and herbs, creating a balanced diet suitable for a wide range of aquarium fish like tetras, barbs, catfishes, cichlids, loaches, killifish, livebearers, labyrinth fish, rainbowfish, gobies, and unique species like puffers. Many marine fish will also eagerly consume this food.

Preparation Guidelines:

Boil water on the stove, then pour it into a bowl and mix in the powder (1 part powder to 2-3 parts water). Allow it to cool or transfer immediately into a mold. The gel sets at room temperature. Slice into portions or create slow-release jerky. Treat the prepared gel as fresh food; it can be stored in a ventilated container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to six months.

For jerky, follow the preparation steps, pour into a deep container, and cut into ¼ inch thick slices. Dry completely in an oven or dehydrator at 150 °F (65 °C) for about 8-12 hours.
