The Exo Terra® Monsoon SOLO II is a versatile, programmable misting system designed for various terrariums and greenhouses. It ensures ideal humidity levels by producing a delicate mist at set intervals, which can be tailored in terms of duration and frequency to suit the specific needs of the plants or animals inside. Regular misting can encourage breeding behavior and is essential for maintaining tropical plants like orchids, Bromeliads, and mosses.
This system allows for multiple misting sessions within a 24-hour period, with each session lasting from 2 seconds to 2 minutes. Its 1.5-liter (0.40 gallon) tank supports uninterrupted operation for days, making it perfect for times when you're away. Refilling is hassle-free, as the reservoir can be topped up without dismantling the setup.
The Exo Terra® Monsoon Solo II includes one nozzle that’s easy to install, with the option to expand to two nozzles for use in multiple terrariums. (Note: Adding more nozzles may reduce the output per nozzle.) The ultra-fine mist from the specialized nozzles creates a fog-like atmosphere in the enclosure, while the extended tubing allows the unit to be discreetly placed in a storage space or beneath the terrarium.
