Exo Terra Digital Combometer
Reptiles have unique requirements for heat and humidity to thrive, and these needs vary widely between species. For instance, a bearded dragon requires a much warmer environment than a crested gecko, which could suffer in such conditions. To ensure your reptile’s habitat is ideal, using a reliable thermometer is crucial.
Humidity is equally vital for reptile health. Some species, like crested geckos, thrive in high humidity, whereas others, such as uromastyx, need drier conditions. Monitoring humidity with a hygrometer is essential to meet these specific needs.
The Exo Terra Digital Combometer serves as both a thermometer and hygrometer in one convenient device. Equipped with a probe and a clear digital display, it offers precise readings of your reptile’s environment, surpassing the accuracy of traditional analog tools. It also features a customizable minimum/maximum memory function. Easily install it using the provided hook and loop fastener or by sliding it into place on an Exo Terra Compact Top or Linear Fluorescent Top.
Usage Guidelines:
Position the probe in either the basking zone or cooler section of the terrarium to measure temperature and humidity as needed. For optimal monitoring, consider using two Exo Terra Digital Combometers, placing one at each end of the terrarium to track gradients effectively.
Note: Battery is NOT included — requires one LR44 AG13 A76 button battery to operate.
